Strojarska vyroba TANAX, a.s. has expanded its business activities via custom manufacturing based on years of experience in the field of mechanical engineering. Custom manufacturing for domestic and foreign business partners currently offers the following services and products:

• Turning on the center, semi-automatic, automatic, carrousel and CNC lathes
• Milling works on horizontal and vertical machines
• Works on the horizontal boring machine - milling and precision drilling
• Grinding on the center, center-less, hole and surface grinders
• Works on the numerical center for non-rotating parts
• Cutting the material on sash-saw, band saw and circular saw up to 400mm in diameter
• Shearing sheet of tin using table shears, bending sheet of tin on bending machines
• Production of front and bevel gear (Oerlikon, Klingelnberg)
• Production of sprockets
• Pressing using hydraulic, eccentric and crank presses
• Assembly of components, subsets and entire vehicles
• Locksmith works – metal works
• Shape cutting of metal sheets using plasma
• Welding using MIG and MAG technology, submerged arc welding
• Thermal and chemo thermal hardening, surface hardening, cementing
• The custom manufacturing includes also the following : manufacture of special cutting tools, molds for stampings, welding, drilling and milling preparations as well as inductors for surface hardening

Winches for special vehicle types such as TATRA and STA 4x4 are among traditional products of our company. Based on the specific requirements of our customers we are able to adjust its technical parameters. Winches are produced in the traction force from 50kN to 190kN.

With respect to custom manufacturing we were able in short time to implement production of special parts for small earth moving machinery as well as automotive parts such as gears, gearbox parts, bodies and various extensions based on the market requirements and in line with submitted documentation.

Weldments have been the new area of custom manufacturing designed for the automotive industry recently added.
